TERMS AND CONDITIONS - KID'VENTURE
1. Purpose
These terms of sale and delivery apply when you order products directly from the Kid'Venture team. If you order via one of our retailers or rental companies, their terms and conditions will apply.
The present general conditions of sale define the rights and obligations between the buyer and KID'VENTURE concerning the purchase of products designed by this company. .
You must read the Conditions carefully before placing your order.
KID'VENTURE reserves the right to modify the Conditions without prior notice to the Customer by updating the Conditions on the Website.
2. Product prices and payment terms
2.1 Product prices are quoted in Euros and include the applicable value-added tax. Delivery charges are not included, unless otherwise indicated.
2.2 Depending on the model, there may be a starting price and the addition of extra options for a fee. A quotation will always be drawn up according to the options chosen, and the price will be known before the quotation is signed.
2.3 Payment is made in two instalments: a deposit of 30% is paid when the quotation is signed, and the balance is invoiced on receipt of the goods.
2.4 We accept bank transfers and cheques.
3. Order and Delivery
3.1 Orders are to be placed directly with the KID'VENTURE teams via one of the team members or via the address contact@kidventure-sport.com. Requests for quotations can also be made via the contact form on our website
3.2 The order is confirmed once payment of the deposit has been received.
3.3 Delivery times are estimated and may vary according to product availability, quantities ordered and the time of year. KID'VENTURE strives to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control and undertakes to inform the customer of any delays. See exceptional circumstances below.
3.4 Delivery costs and any taxes are to be borne by the purchaser, unless otherwise specified.
4. Warranty and Returns
4.1 Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days. KID'VENTURE does not cover problems caused by misuse, overloading or incorrect assembly or installation by the customer.
4.2 Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 30 days of receipt. KID'VENTURE reserves the right to replace or repair the defective product.
4.3 Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects may be accepted under certain conditions.
4.4 For all other problems, our after-sales service offers replacement parts for the repair of products. KID'VENTURE cannot be held responsible for any repairs carried out using parts other than those supplied by KID'VENTURE.
4.5 The warranty does not cover damage to any other person or property.
4.6 KID'VENTURE offers a customization service for the design of its products. All personalized products are neither returned nor exchanged.
4.7 The customer is responsible for all costs incurred by the return of the product.
5. Responsibilities
5.1 KID'VENTURE cannot be held responsible for accidents or damage resulting from inappropriate use of the trailer.
5.2 It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the trailer is used in accordance with local safety regulations.
6. Protection of Personal Data

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by commercial law. Any dispute relating to these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the town of Gap.
By accepting these terms and conditions, the buyer acknowledges having read them and accepts them without reservation.
8. Exceptional circumstances
7.1 An exceptional circumstance means an event or act beyond the control of KID'VENTURE that may have an impact on manufacturing or product delivery times. This includes events such as strikes or similar acts committed by a third party, civil insurrections, riots, terrorist attacks or threats of terrorist attacks, wars or threats of war, fires, explosions, pandemics, epidemics, floods, earthquakes or other natural disasters or failures of public or private telecommunications networks.
7.2 If one of the elements mentioned in the previous paragraph occurs, KID'VENTURE undertakes to contact customers as soon as possible and the period of performance of our obligations under the Conditions will be extended for the duration of the event.
